The Traditional Corn Millers Guild
All members of the Traditional Corn Millers Guild are wind or water millers using primarily natural power to produce stoneground meals and flours.
The Guild was established in 1987, and one of the main aims of the Guild today is to increase public awareness of the important role it has to play in maintaining traditional milling standards, as well as developing products to meet the needs of customers for high quality cereals and flours.
The majority of members of the Guild are often small family-run businesses. They provide a personal service often milling to your needs. You will find products produced by our members in local shops, bakeries, restaurants, supermarkets and renowned national delicatessens.
The Guild promotes closer links between millers and bakers, to build relationships that have led to the growth of specialist bakeries, tea and coffee shops, and restaurants throughout the country.
